Pump Repair Kits

Cornell is offering pump repair kits for select models of pumps. With genuine Cornell parts, you help protect your warranty, and know that you are using the same quality parts we have made in Oregon since 1946. These kits feature parts commonly used together for pump maintenance such as:

·         Wear rings

·         Shaft sleeves

·         Volute gaskets

·         Impeller washers

·         Lockscrew kit

·         Impeller key

·         Impeller shims

·         Mechanical seal

·         Lipseals, and

·         V-rings

The kits are available now for these pump models; 3HC-RP, 4NNT-RP, 6NHTA-RP, 8NHTA-RP, and 8NHTH-RP. More pumps will be added frequently. Please check with your regional manager for pricing on the repair kit. Download the flyer on the kits from the Cornell Pump website.

EVEN MORE FUN AT PUMP SCHOOL—SPOUSES’ TOUR!

Cornell is pleased to offer a spouses’ tour this year for Pump School. Attendees bringing their spouse will have an option for them on Tuesday to join a group to tour some of Oregon’s renowned wineries. At the same latitude as many of the famous wine growing regions of France, Oregon’s Willamette Valley has been producing world-class wines for decades. Many of the wineries boast elaborate tasting rooms and stunning views of the surrounding valleys.

Spouses on the tour will enjoy visits to at least four wineries, a day of fun with new friends, a box lunch, a look at the lush and beautiful Western Oregon scenery, and still be back in Portland in time for the Pump School dinner. There is a separate charge for the tour ($99), it is open to spouses/significant others of Pump School 2014 attendees, and space is limited.

Bob Jansen, Cornell Pump Agricultural Market Manager, holds a PVC sign destined for a dealer showroom. The poster showcases Cornell’s agricultural pump clear water line—where we have more than thirty pumps from 1.5” to 10” available for irrigation and water transfer. Exceed Enterprises

Cornell Pump Company was honored with an award from Exceed Enterprises, a non-profit organization that providing vocational and personal development services for people with disabilities since 1968. Exceed serves the Portland metropolitan area, offering a variety of options and opportunities through rehabilitation services, community-based & on-site business environments, personal services and community activities. 

Exceed present a plaque a letter recognizing our work with them over the last year. In part the statement read,  “We wish to express how much we have appreciated working with you (Cornell) over this last year. The confidence that we sense you hold for us has increased our efforts to provide you and your customers with the best quality and service we can deliver.”

The plaque and letter were delivered by Exceed Enterprises’ Executive VP of Business Development, Gary Sirianni, PE. 

Cycloseal® Video

Cornell’s innovate sealing system, Cycloseal®, is explained in our new video! Animation gives a view inside a spinning impeller, and shows how material is wished away from seal faces—allowing our mechanical seal to last at least three times as long as other mechanical seals—without the need for flush water. 

Cornell Recognizes Employee Longevity

Memorial Day

Cornell Pump Company will be closed for Memorial Day, Monday May 26, 2014. We hope you have a pleasant day with loved ones, and are able to honor those military personnel who died serving their country.
